500gr di patate lessate e sbucciate / 50gr di burro una spolverata di pepe e di noce moscata / 50gr di parmigiano grattugiato due uova / un cucchiaio di farina e uno di pangrattato. Schiacciate le patate lessate e fredde in una terrina grande, fino ad ottenere una sorta di purè, aggiungete gli altri ingredienti fino ad ottenere una pasta omogenea e priva di grumi. Riempite in seguito una tasca da pasticcere del nostro composto e formate sulla teglia con carta da forno delle piccole rosette tutte in fila. Infornate il tutto per 20 minuti ad una temperatura non superiore ai 180°. buon appetito da REDCATSINTHEKITCHEN
