LETTER FROM THE OUTGOING PRESIDENT A MESSAGE TO THE CHAPTER
To the Brothers of Missouri Iota, I would like to thank everyone for all of the support you have given the chapter throughout this past year. It has been an incredible honor to serve as president of this great brotherhood that has been built. Throughout my years in this chapter and the years prior, the men of Phi Delta Theta Missouri Iota built such a respectable chapter in a short amount of time. As an incoming president, I knew the bar was high and I wanted to continue to raise it. As my term comes to an end, I can proudly say that I feel like this chapter has raised the bar once again. It would not have been possible without everyone involved in the process. Even though we are separated by distance, I know that this brotherhood is what keeps us all together. After this spring semester, there will no longer be an active member that was active in the chapter the same time of a founding father. With that being said, I know that the men that are in the chapter now are going to strive in all ways to transmit the fraternity to those who may follow after, not only, not less, but greater than it was transmitted to them. I am proud to be a Phi! Yours in The Bond, Mason Rice #81

LETTER FROM THE INCOMING PRESIDENT
I am really appreciative of the effort Missouri Iota members have made to make our chapter successful over the last year, and as we go forward with next semesters, I hope I can say the same. I'm pleased to have been chosen by the chapter to serve as Missouri Iota's new president. Being in the position of writing a letter to discuss what is to come is an honor. With the recently elected executive team, the work has only just began and is still ongoing with the outgoing team. Again, I would like to thank each member that has made this experience one that I will never forget. My opinion of fraternities has completely changed since I first arrived at Lindenwood, and now I encourage everyone who enters our campus to consider the positive impact that this chapter has has on, not only my life, but also the communities of Lindenwood University and the surrounding St. Charles area. With members in all areas of the campus, such as student ambassadors, admin assistants, and even on the IFC exec, I am full confidence in us getting the word out about ΦΔΘ. This new team has lofty ambitions, and I will work diligently to see that they are fully accomplished. Friendship, Sound Learning, and Moral Rectitude are going to be the foundation of my term, just as I hope they are in every active member and alum that have gone through this chapter. Missouri Iota I sincerely hope you're up for an entertaining, crazy, and daring experience because I know I am! Truly Yours in the Bond, Edward Hansford #87
Edward Hansford #87 President Elect

LETTER FROM THE CAB CHAIRMAN
Graduating and leaving your chapter is hard, at least it was for me. When you leave, you hope that you have done all you can to leave the chapter in capable hands. I have only been removed from the chapter for three short years. However, the leadership in the chapter has been impeccable. Younger members have continued to step up into leadership positions, and have excelled. Older members have taken the time to mentor and develop those members into the great leaders that they are. As you can see below, the chapter has been doing fantastic work. They have been shining example on campus, upholding themselves to a higher standard. In the times I have interacted with the chapter throughout rush week, the chapter anniversary party, and various chapter meetings, I have been extremely impressed with the excellence displayed by the chapter. I have no doubt that the new exec board will continue to do great work and continue to make the best better. Wishing everyone a safe and restful holiday season! Lukas Walker #32 CAB Chairman

NOTE FROM THE EDITOR When I became secretary communication was on the forefront of my mind. Not just within the chapter but outside of it as well. That's when I thought of the Idea of reaching out to alumni. Something for them to see or have that would keep them updated on the chapters events. And events that they could attend as well. I'm pleased to set the foundation for this newsletter and can only see this becoming bigger and better than I could have imagined.
