High Hip - Measure around hip bone area at 3 inches below the waist. Full Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks. Girth - Measure from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch, and up the back to the starting point. Girth is the most important measurement in determining proper fit for one-piece costumes. When in doubt, size up. If you are ordering two-piece costume that includes a tutu, High Hip and Full Hip measurements will help you to select appropriate tutu size.
