Children’s Policy Children sharing with adults: 0 to 5 years = Complimentary / 6 to 12 years N$330.00. Children older than 12 years pay the full adult sharing or single rate.
Booking Notices Maximum 2 people per Twin/Double Room. The Family Room rate is based on 1 to 2 people sharing. Each additional child pays N$330.00 and additional adults N$ 750.00 children 13 years and older as well. Maximum of 6 people included children for the self-catering unit.
Payment Terms Please note that the full requested payment is due on receipt of the booking invoice to secure room availability if booked within 8 weeks of arrival date. A 50% booking deposit payment is due on bookings made prior to 8 weeks of arrival date with the remainder settlement amount payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Full payment is due on receipt of invoice when booking. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer (EFT) or online-payment with credit card or debit card (MasterCard & VISA). Bank charges are not included in the rates and are for your account.
Cancellation Policy We understand flexibility is key during uncertain times and that is why we are adjusting our cancellation policies. Our cancellation notice period is 72 hours prior to arrival for new individual reservations. All cancellations are subject to a minimum 30% of the total booking amount handling fee. While many rates have flexible cancellation policies, there are some rates which are non-refundable. In this very fluid environment, we continue to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly as their terms and conditions would apply. 72 - hours before arrival 30% of total booking value 100% of total booking value for non-arrival or no show
