A differenza della più classica cera d’api, i NATURAL WAX creano uno strato protettivo ad alta resistenza che impedisce il dilavare dei materiali o l’innesco di processi di ossidazione in maniera permanente, senza la continua manutenzione o applicazione di strati protettivi. L’aspetto estetico finale dei supporti non viene alterato nelle sue colorazioni naturali, né reso troppo plastico, finto o opaco. Grazie all’impiego di resine nanoceramiche, non ingiallenti e altamente resistenti agli agenti atmosferici, i supporti di metallo ossidati e protetti con NATURAL WAX possono essere utilizzati sia per outdoor che per interior anche su strutture soggette ad usura o calpestio. I prodotti NATURAL WAX possono essere impiegati sia su grandi manufatti che su manufatti di piccole o medie dimensioni, in quanto il grado di essicazione del prodotto avviene sia a temperatura ambiente che attraverso l’ausilio di un forno di cottura. I prodotti possono essere applicati sia a spruzzo pneumatico che elettrostatico. Disponibili in variante neutra o virata in nuance colore a scelta. Adatti per ferro, ferro naturale, ferro grezzo, ferro nero, ferro decapato, ferro calamina, bronzo, ottone, rame, Corten A-B-C (consigliato solo per interior), acciaio, acciaio inox, acciaio 303, acciaio marino, nichel, titanio, rodio, palladio, cromo, finiture ossidate, finiture a filo di metallo, metalli acidati. Tutti i prodotti della linea NATURAL WAX garantiscono elevata resistenza a: .Shock termici secondo ISO UNI 9424:1989 .Resistenza Salt spray fog secondo ISO UNI 9227:2006 .Resistenza all’abrasione secondo ISO UNI 9115:1987 .Resistenza all’adesione secondo ISO UNI 2409:2007 Unlike the classical beeswax, NATURAL WAX creates a protective layer with a high resistance that permanently prevents the treated materials from the oxidation or the washing away process, without the continuous maintenance or application of protective layers. The final aesthetic supports’ aspect does not change in its natural colorations, and it doesn not become too plastic, fake or matt. Thanks to the employment of nanoceramic, non-yellowing resins which are highly resistant against atmospheric agents, the metal oxidized supports protected with NATURAL WAX can be used both for outdoor and for interior workpieces, even on structures subjected to usury or foot traffic. NATURAL WAX products can be employed both on big and on small or medium size articles, because the product’s drying degree takes place both at room temperature and through the employment of a traditional oven. These products can be applied both by pneumatic and electrostatic spraying. Available in neutral version or personalized on sample. Suitable for iron, natural iron, raw iron, black iron, pickled iron, calamine iron, bronze, brass, copper, Corten A-B-C (recommended for interior only), steel, stainless steel, steel 303, marine steel, nickel, titanium, rhodium, palladium, chrome, oxidized finishes, wire metal finishes, etched metals. All NATURAL WAX products guarantee a high resistance against: .Thermal shocks according to ISO UNI 9424:1989 .Resistance against Salt spray fog according to ISO UNI 9227:2006
