First created in 1948 as a galvanic company producing also paints, during the years Molteni Vernici has totally dedicated itself to the production of special paints for the furniture industry. “We are a tailor-made color brand - tells the AD Molteni at the helm of the company -. AntimicrobicalTM è una tecnologia brevettata antimicrobica che permette un lento rilascio di ioni positivi nanotecnologici in uscita dalla matrice inorganica del film di vernice protettiva, per mezzo di un meccanismo di scambio ionico altamente tecnologico. Il rilascio di questi ioni è lento e continuo (grazie al brevetto sulla particella firmato Molteni Vernici), ma sufficiente a mantenere inalterata un’effettiva concentrazione di ioni positivi sulle superfici dei pezzi trattati, dalla quale dipende l’efficacia della proprietà antimicrobica del rivestimento con il passare degli anni.

AntimicrobicalTM is a patented antimicrobial technology which allows the slow release of positive ions through a process of highly technological ionic exchange exiting from the film’s inorganic basis of the protective paint. The release of these ions is slow and continuous (thanks to the particle’s patent by Molteni Vernici), but sufficient to maintain unchanged an effective concentration of positive ions on the surface of the treated supports, from which depends the efficacy of the coverage’s antimicrobial property through years.

Basati su innovativi studi di nanotecnologia avanzata, prodotti della serie AntimicrobicalTM possono essere applicati su qualsiasi superficie in ferro, zama, alluminio, ottone, bronzo, rame, nickel, cromo, rodio, palladio, nickel black, nickel free, argento, oro, elettrogalvanica tradizionale, elettrogalvanica PVD, ABS, nylon, policarbonato, metacrilato, polistirolo, polimeri plastici in generale, legno, MDF, attraverso una normale applicazione a spruzzo con pistola pneumatica o elettrostatica.

Lʼazione antimicrobica è immediata e permanente grazie al brevetto Molteni Vernici.

Il prodotto è resistente sia per interni che per esterni (attraverso specifici cicli), e disponibile nella versione protettivi anti-ossido, anti-touch, smalti lucidi, smalti opachi, metallizzati, sia a base solvente sia a base acqua.

Altamente resistenti all’usura, alla nebbia salina, agli shock termici, ai prodotti di pulizia, alle sostanze chimica e ai raggi UVA.

Based on innovative studies about advanced nanotechnology, the products belonging to the series Antimicrobical can be applied on every surface made on iron, zamak, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, nickel, chrome, rodium, palladium, nickel black, nickel free, silver, gold, traditional galvanic overs, PVD, ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, methacrylate, polystyrene, plastic polymers in general, wood, MDF, through a normal application by spraying with a pneumatic or electrostatic spraygun. The antimicrobial action is immediate and permanent thanks to the Molteni Vernici’s patent. The product is highly resistant both for indoor and outdoor employments (through specific cycles), and available in the following versions: anti-oxide and anti-touch top coats, matt varnishes, metallic varnishes, both solvent-based and water-based. Highly resistant against usury, salt haze, thermal shocks, cleaning products, chemical substances and UV rays.
