A comprehensive gait assessment allows your Wellbeing Coach to determine if your feet are having a negative impact on the way that you stand, walk, run and move especially if you have foot related problems such as knee, hip and back pain.
The assessment includes a foot scan using the GaitScan Computerized Analysis.
A report will be generated by the GaitScan software that your coach will review and recommend a treatment plan.
Performance custom orthotics may be recommended as a non-invasive treatment of foot-related problems such as knee, hip, and back pain.

More than just a class booking app
Champneys Health Club App powered by FIBODO will enable you to book and manage your activity classes effortlessly, monthly events, news updates and member feedback portal - all from the palm of your hand!

Upon joining our Health Club, you will receive an email containing important details on how to book your sessions. This email will include a website link provided by FIBODO, our trusted booking platform. Please ensure that you receive this email.

Class Booking:
Download your Champneys Members app to book your favourite class.
To access the booking system, you will need an up-todate email address on file with us. Without your email, we won’t be able to send you the booking link. If your email information needs updating, kindly contact us.
Step 3: Download the Champneys Club Members App
Browse and book classes up to 6 days in advance, making it easier than ever to secure your spot in your favorite sessions
Calendar Sync: Sync your booked classes with your calendar for seamless schedule management.
Once you’ve signed up using your email and password through the provided link, you can download the Champneys Club Members App. It’s available for both Android and iOS devices, and you can find it on Google Play and the Apple Store. Simply search for ‘Champneys Members’ and install the app.
Reminder Notifications: Receive timely reminders about your upcoming classes, ensuring you never miss a workout.
Step 5: Need Assistance?

Champneys Fitness on Demand: Access a library of home workouts that you can do at your convenience.
If you encounter any issues with the app or have questions about the booking system, our dedicated support team is here to help. Please contant your Wellbeing & Fitness Manager for further assistance
Please ensure that your membership card has been updated to the new barcoded card. In order to produce the card we require a photo ID. If we haven't already updated your card please go to the Wellbeing & Fitness Desk to have your photo taken this month. Unfortunately, we cannot issue new membership cards without a photo ID or allow you to use the Club.
For health and safety reasons we require all members to scan in and out at the Wellbeing & Fitness Desk. Failure to do so may result in termination of membership.
Please remember the club usage times apply to your membership type. It is important that you adhere to these, otherwise we will be forced to withdraw your membership.
We advise that all members seek guidance from the Wellbeing Team before using any new or unfamiliar equipment Please note the gym is unsupervised at various times of the day. If you are pregnant, have injuries and / or medical problems or have not used gym equipment before please contact a Wellbeing Coach prior to use. For health and safety reasons please ensure you are wearing suitable exercise clothing and trainers when using the Gym. Use of the Gym and equipment is at your own risk.

• Towels are included so no need to bring one
•Check you have your membership card to scan in on arr ival
•Book your class to ensure availability via the Champneys app. Members can book up to 6 days in advance

• Take a locker band from reception
•Get changed if you need to and then pop your belongings in a locker
• When arriving early to your class and waiting outside the studio, please be mindful and courteous to previous class participants whilst the class finishes, keeping noise to a minimal to avoid any disruptions
• Ensure you sign in with the instructor before the class starts
• Let the instructor know if you are new to the class, have an injury or are pregnant, so they can give you extra attention
•Listen out when told what equipment you need.
• Work hard, enjoy and get sweaty...
•Be respectful to each other
•Ask the Instructor or team at the Wellbeing & Fitness Desk if you have any questions or would like any class recommendations. •Skip out the door. It’s compulsory!
