I have been interested in fitness for many years and have been involved in a wide range of sports such as football, netball, athletics and swimming. I teach a variety of classes which include HIIT and circuits.

Sun August 6th: Full yin yoga journey through the chakras. An hour and a half long yin session where we go deeply into yin poses to unblock each chakra.

Sun Sept 10th: Yoga and the muladhara: reconnecting with the root chakra through asana and meditation.

Sun Oct 8th: Yoga and Svadhistana: expressing yourself through exploring the potential of the sacral chakra.

Sun Nov 5th: Yoga and Manipura: Find your strength through your connection with the solar plexus chakra

Sun Dec 10th: Yoga and Anahata: let your heart shine through opening the heart chakra.
