1. What Is it? The New Member Programme system offers all the useful services, resources & special offers a new member of a fitness club could possibly want. The first 6 weeks of a new member's life with a Club is crucial and this system helps to solve a lot of issues they may be experiencing as a new joiner.  Makes your fitness club stand out from the pack  Gives your members a level of service they've never experienced before  Spreads the word that you're a club that truly cares

3. What Do I Need To Do? There should be at least 1 assigned person whose job it is to add in New Member information into the system (preferably on a daily basis). Over the next few slides, we'll go through the steps you need to do to activate a new member's first 6 weeks journey...

3. What Do I Need To Do? STEP 1: Staff Portal Webpage Make sure to have this webpage bookmarked/favourited in your web browser for easy access on a daily place, as this is the place where you'll find all the assets and logins you need to run the programme at your Club.

3. What Do I Need To Do? STEP 2: New Member Registration On your Staff Portal webpage, you'll see a box for New Member Registration. This is where you go to input the information of the new member, which then sets off the 6 weeks of emails they receive.

3. What Do I Need To Do? STEP 3: Lead Depot Leads Database On your Staff Portal webpage, you'll see a box for your Lead Depot logins. This is where the data of new members that have registered for a service or offer on your web portal will drop into.

4. How Do I Follow Up On Enquiries? STEP 1: Export Lead Depot Data When you are logged into the Lead Depot, click onto your desired month and you will see a button to export leads. Select a date range and then it will export a spreadsheet with all of the stored information.

4. How Do I Follow Up On Enquiries? STEP 2: Log into Member Services Tracker Sheet Go back onto your Staff Portal webpage and find the box labelled Member Services Tracker Sheet. Click the button to go to the Google Sheet.

4. How Do I Follow Up On Enquiries? STEP 3: Upload Member Data and Current Status Once you are in the Google Sheet, copy & paste the exported data from Lead Depot into the sheet. A Colour Code is provided, so you can mark the current status of the enquiry in the relevant colour.
