y name is Alejandra Moral. I am a Spanish girl (maybe not a girl anymore ;)) living in Munich, a daydreamer and a mother of a sweet little girl. I am lucky. I am a maternity photographer and a creative soul since I was very little. I actually studied Economics and then specialized in Marketing & Advertising where I gathered several years of experience. But I have always been a dreamer,
so when my little girl was born in 2011 I realized that photography for me was not just a hobby anymore. I wanted to create beautiful photographs in an artistic way for other families. I feel I accomplish my goals everytime a family has a great experience, loves what I created for them and are proud of keeping it forever. I am glad, I love my job.

My newborn photography is influenced by the new American trend, which is very artistic and includes a lot of textures and soft light. I offer two types of portraits: Artistic: elegant, abstract and posed images. Lifestyle: natural, real scenes of the daily life. My style can in both cases be described as minimalist, warm, soft, emotional and intime. I love warm pale colors and soft natural light. I always work with available light. I never use flash.
Goals & philosophy
I’m a believer in digital files, but in these days of snapshots, iPhone photos and hard drives full of pictures, I’m also a believer in coming away from our time together with something tangible and beautiful you can be proud to pass down to future generations.

Get to know you
O
nce you have booked your Experience we will meet for a Planning Session, normally at your place if it is there where the Shooting is going to take place. This is a very important step in the process. Here is where I get to know you... what you like, what you enjoy doing, your favourite colours... but also if you already have some type of photographs in mind, what you expect from the shooting, which printed memories you want that I create for you... If you do not know exactly what you want, do not worry, many parents do not exactly... and I am here to help! We will also talk about the things you need to know and prepare for the Shooting Day. Afterwards I will send you a preparation guide to you to keep in mind all the details. Planning together the Shooting Day is a delightful experience, because every family inspires me in a different way and it allows me to create unique memories for each and every one.

The Shooting Day
T
he big Day. Once the baby is born and everything went perfectly, parents contact me to save a date for the exact Shooting Day. The Shooting will take place between the 5th and the 14th day after the baby is born at parents’ place or at my little home atelier. The session starts early in the morning. The Fashion Stylist will take care of the hair and make up of the mom, she deserves to look perfect! We will preserve the datails of the baby, the connection between mom and baby and also candids with as many members of the family as desired. I take with me props, blankets and all necessary to create the memories you wish. The shooting lasts as long as needed (normally between 3 to 5 hours) to get your perfect photographs. Please, take into account that sometimes babies get tired after the session, because we are taking them out of their routine.

The Day TheShooting experience
Babies and mommies need to make their pauses and that is respected in every session. That is the main reason why Newborn Sessions take longer.

Watching your photographs 12
the first time
A
proximately about two weeks after the Shooting Day we will meet again for an Ordering Session. I will present you in an emotional slideshow a selection of 25 to 30 photographs, carefully selected and edited. (Watch an example of a slideshow here) Now is the moment where you are going to choose your favourite ones and decide which printed keepsakes from our Ă la carte list of products you would like that I create for you. Afterwards, the order and payment are placed. Due to the nature of the customized products, all sales are final. Full payments receive a nice customized surprise within the following days.

Questions Common
Is it possible to book the shooting day on the weekend? Yes, it is possible on Saturdays with an additional charge of 50 â‚Ź. If this is day is your preference I recomend you to book as soon as possible.
Is it possible to purchase the raw files without postprocessing? No, it is not. The edition process is part of my work and my creative vision. My work would be unfinished if I would do so.
Is it better to shoot at our home or at your home atelier?
It really depends on your preferences. If you are thinking about some lifestyle photographs or you do not feel like going out, we will go to your place. If you are looking for just Fine Art Photographs and you prefer to go out a little bit, then we will prepare everything at my home atelier. Another good thing about doing it at my home atelier is that we find here all the accesoires and since everything is already prepared the shoot usually lasts a bit less.
Do you shoot in other cities/countries?
Yes and I love it! If you are thinking about booking your First Moments Experience somewhere outside Munich (+40km) please contact me for a specific quotation.

love your work but the investment is larger than I expected. Do you offer payment plans? Yes, I do. I understand that some families prefer to pay in installments. We would agree about the payment conditions if that it is what you need. The products will be delivered once the last payment is made.
Unfortunately it is not part of my policy, but sometimes you can find some special offers and gifts in our facebook site. You can also get some credit from different ways.
Do you offer a special price when booking both the Mommy Time and the First Moments experiences?
Yes, I do. Booking both experiences has an only Fee of 499â‚Ź.

If not, I highly recomend you to hire a professional photographer to capture some images for you and your family of this wonderful moment in your life.
