Ingredients
Two cups of kunafa, cut into small pieces
A quarter cup of ghee or oil
A cup and a half of milk
Two tablespoons of custard powder
Sweetened condensed milk with pistachio flavour
Pistachio powder 1/2 cup
1 sachet of powdered whipping cream + 100 ml of cold milk green food coloring
In a sauce pan, put the milk with the custard powder, stir until it holds together and a custard is formed
Pour the hot custard on a flat dish, and cover it with kitchen plastic that is completely adjacent to the surface
Leave to cool in the fridge for half an hour add 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk with pistachio flavor and stir distribute the kunafa as a first layer in the serving dish
In a frying pan, stir the kunafa with ghee or oil, till gets golden color.
Whisk cream powder with cold milk put the custard with the whipping cream and mix until it blends completely
Add 1/4 cup of condensed milk sweetened and mix
Add two tablespoons of pistachio powder and food coloring and mix
Add the cream layer on the Kunafa. distribute strands of condensed milk on the surface, and a sprinkle of ground pistachios
Leave to cool 4 hours before
