Celebrity Cruises has built a reputation on star power, so it stands to reason that its forthcoming ship has recruited some major talent for its F&B spaces. In unveiling the line-up, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, the company’s President and CEO, has announced a number of partnerships and collaborations that will together form an exciting culinary experience at sea.

First up, eminent chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud is strengthening his partnership with the brand through the launch of his first signature restaurant at sea. The group’s Global Culinary Ambassador – whose New York eatery Daniel carries two Michelin stars – is set to take Celebrity Beyond’s dining experience to the next level with Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. Inspired by travel, the restaurant’s menu will focus on internationally inspired flavours, served up in an intimate setting designed by Jouin Manku.

A partnership with alcoholic drinks producer Diageo meanwhile will power the vessel’s cocktail destination, World Class Bar. The collaboration ensures that the venue will be stocked with much-loved beverage brands from across the spirit spectrum, allowing its expert mixologists to craft tipples to suit every taste.

Finally, interior designer Nate Berkus has been tasked with curating the Sunset Bar, a two-storey outdoor venue with a beach club ambience. The Celebrity Cruises Design Ambassador has joined forces with architect Tom Wright of WKK for the space, which is twice as large as previous iterations and inspired by the very best of summer days around the world.

In total, there will be 32 food and beverage experiences on Celebrity Beyond, including 15 restaurants, five cafés and 12 bars and lounges. Other highlights include the group’s popular Cyprus Restaurant, given a refresh by Simeone Deary, and several signature venues reimagined by Kelly Hoppen, namely the Rooftop Garden Grill, Cafe al Bacio and Mast Bar.
