{Services Offered} Personal Styling: Working with individuals to develop their Style Personality and help them align their personal brand with their outward appearance using closet editing, personal shopping, wardrobe assessments, outfit calendaring, and style evaluations; the clients range from professional men and women either new to a given business environment to seasoned executives Professional Seminars and Training: Based on the pre-determined and assessed needs of the organization, seminars and trainings are developed to address a variety of top-down concerns related to “dressing for success”, “looking polished and professional at work”, “curating closets for corporate America”, “aligning personal appearance with professional aspirations”, “executive presence” and more; the audiences vary from interns and new hires to high performers to female affinity groups to executives

“We asked Monica to work with us to create custom training & professional development seminars for our staff focused on the importance of image and tactics to better align personal style with the company’s corporate vision. Our goal was to ensure we leveled the playing field on understanding professional dress. She ‘knocked it out the park’ - the survey results indicated that she was professional, well prepared, presented relevant information, and clarified a number of misconceptions. In addition, we asked her to conduct an Internship Training program to provide strategies for our interns to be better prepared for the real world and, again, she was terrific.
