• TANGENT proporciona Servicios de información en Tiempo Real integrando todos los modos de transporte disponibles, impulsando la cooperación entre los diferentes agentes de transporte.
• Ejemplo: INCIDENTE: Se produce un fallo en una linea de METRO que conecta el centro con evento a las afueras.
• TANGENT proporciona un PLAN DE RESPUESTA
a) Los agentes disponen de una vision común del incidente. TANGENT facilita la cooperación entre ellos.
b) TANGENT sugiere incrementar la frecuencia de una determinada linea de autobus, absorbiendo la demanda no atendida por el metro debida al fallo.
c) Sincronización de DRT: los servicios de DRT son redirigidos a la zona para llevar a los pasajeros a otra estación operativa que conecte las líneas de metro.

• El problema de Primera/Última Milla puede afectar al uso del Transporte Publico (PT) en áreas donde el PT es menos frecuente
• Las caracteristicas del Transporte a Demanda (DRT) se adecúan bien como alimentadores o colectores de PT
• Propuesta de Deusto: aplicar COD para determinar la flota y rutas óptimas de DRT que den servicio a primera/ultima milla en un área

DTWend] y una ventana de llegada [ATWstart,, ATWend ]
• Los usuarios son recogidos a una distancia no mayor de 150m de su origen
• Se consideran diferentes tamaños de flotas DRT con capacidad para 12 personas: 6, 12, 18, 24 vehículos
