I left Manor Group in 2017 to form Karaka Pines Villages and took the principle of residents keeping their capital gain with me. There are now seven Karaka Pines Villages nationwide.

What do you love most about your role?

Making a connection with our residents and ensuring our villages have a positive impact on their lives. I want residents to thrive in our villages and enjoy their homes. Ensuring residents retain their capital gain is just one example of being able to show residents how much we value them. 
