Earth Elements Design Center With the southwestern Montana housing market on the upswing, builders and realtors alike are working with an influx of clientele. Whether building a home from the ground up or renovating an existing home, the new Earth Elements Design Center in Bozeman is the one-stop source for fine home finishes. With a large array of products to suit any client’s palette, the Center offers finishes for varying budgets and lifestyles: from tile and stone to wood flooring and wall coverings to fixtures and fittings. Their main objective is to bring the highest quality finishes from all over the globe directly to Montana. Owners Ben Jones and Steve Taylor wanted to provide local homeowners, interior designers, builders and architects with a resource to develop their home design projects. From this vision evolved the Earth Elements Design Center. Entering the Design Center, you’re immediately transported into a gallery-like atmosphere. The precious stone collection room showcases towering slabs of blue agate, desert jasper, black petrified wood and smoky quartz—objets d’art captured in stone. The main showroom boasts an impressive sampling of tiles including ceramics, mosaics, porcelains, fossils and natural stone. All are easily navigated by walkable rows and oversized samples pieces, giving the viewer the ability to envision the tile in their own space. Perhaps most impressive is the over 4,000 sq. ft. indoor slab showroom. Hundreds of natural stone slabs from the world over, including marble, travertine, onyx, limestone and granite are on display and readily available. The eagerly anticipated kitchens and cabinetry showroom will be launching early this winter. The global perspective of Earth Elements truly sets it apart. Their much sought after, premier product lines are unique and become works of art in themselves when placed in the home. These finishes are painstakingly selected by the Earth Elements team, and appeal to discriminating clientele, whether it be the subtleties or the intricate details each possesses. Based out of Spain, PORCELANOSA is a leader in the innovation and design of kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as specialty tile and flooring, all exuding a contemporary feel. Oscar Ono, headquartered in Paris, delivers the ultimate in handcrafted hardwood flooring and wood wall coverings—the work of true artisans. Next stop is Milan for door hardware from Valli & Valli who specialize in handles from classical and traditional design to modern lines. This is just a small representation of the many international brands distributed at Earth Elements alongside brands proudly manufactured right here in the United States.

In addition to its specialty products, Earth Elements offers affordable alternative solutions for the price conscious consumer. While they pride themselves on being able to outfit a multi-million dollar home with the most elite finishes, they are even more adept at providing comparable finishes that are easily attainable for the average person. Porcelain tiles offer the look of natural stone at a drastically reduced cost, still showing as contemporary and luxurious when installed in the kitchen and bath. Ceramics can be one of the most affordable choices acting as either a main component or a room accent, adding both character and dimension to the space. There are stylish yet conservative flooring options available running the gamut from travertine to limestone. The center also purveys a wide selection of fixtures and hardware in varying styles in a range of price point levels. In summation, even on a limited budget, the team at Earth Elements Design Center can work with any client make their home look amazing.

Earth Elements celebrated their grand opening with a successful launch party in early August. Commencing with a ribbon-cutting ceremony from the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce, the party continued on with dozens of tours and a festive mood that went on into the night. With a large turnout from the local community and the Gallatin Valley home industry, hundreds were able to experience the Design Center and its product offerings, as well as get to know the dedicated Earth Elements team personally. Tile & stone manager Ashley Hertz possesses over ten years of industry experience. Couple this with the fact that Ashley is a fifth-generation Montanan, and it results in someone that is not only experienced, but also knows her clientele and how to produce the perfect Montana home environment within any budget. Earth Elements can transform any room in the home to fit the homeowner’s lifestyle, working within their vision as well as the guidelines of the interior designers, builders and architects that help to bring the dream to fruition. In this ever-expanding market, Earth Elements is more than just a key resource for home design finishes—it’s an inspiration for design itself. Earth Elements Design Center is located at 81211 Gallatin Road in Bozeman, a half mile south of Four Corners. 406.414.7040 www.earthelements.com
