Ads must be provided as PDFs with fonts embedded. Send a separate PDF for each size. All color must be CMYK (convert all Pantone, RGB, Lab and Indexed Color to CMYK). Pdfs must be at least 180 pixels per inch (PPI) and as close to the intended finished print size as possible. Images increased over the 100% value will jeapordize the integrity of the pixels and reduce the print quality.

ONLINE BANNER AD REQUIREMENTS:

Two standard ad sizes 300x250 and 728x90 are required in order to run on the MNA member newspaper websites. Jpgs, gifs and swf files accepted. File size under 40K. Animation capped at 15 seconds – no continuous looping. 1 pixel border around creative. Clicktags included in the swf file. Back up gif/jpgs provided for all flash files.

MMG can help resize and reformat your current ad design to fit within the requirements. TERMS:

A signed insertion order is required prior to placement of advertising. All rates are NET. All payments are due and payable at the time of placement. We accept most major credit cards. If not paying by credit card, please send certified check or money order. If you choose a personal or business check, allow 10 days for check clearance.

DEADLINES:

Deadline for statewide packages is 5 p.m. Tuesday for all ads to run the following week. Deadlines may be adjusted near major holidays or for custom package placements. Please contact MMG for additional deadline information.
