Each issue of the Montanan lifts my spirits as I read through the pages, look at the ads, and see the changes in both the University and surrounding community. I will continue to read the issues, looking longingly at all of the mountains, snow, and fall colors...

As a graduate of The University of Montana, I anticipate the release of every new issue. The Montanan is my way of staying in touch with the community, lifestyle, and spirit that I have loved my entire life. As I continue to find myself farther and farther from Montana, I only need to pick up the magazine to find myself back in the great state! Tait Engebretsen ’07 We recently received the fall Montanan and think it was the best since I started to receive it after graduating. We get back to Missoula every year. Keep up the good work. John Dunning ’50 Thanks for our Montanan. You are surely in the top percentage of excellence in college magazine publications. Lt. Col. Sidney R. Howard, U.S.A.F., Ret. ’62
