Texas “Let the Good Times Roll” Weekly Gas Prices (February 7, 2022) Average gasoline prices in Texas have risen 9.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.09/g today, according to GasBuddy's survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Prices in Texas are 21.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 93.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Texas was priced at $2.65/g yesterday while the most expensive was $3.99/g, a difference of $1.34/g. The lowest price in the state yesterday was $2.65/g while the highest was $3.99/g, a difference of $1.34/g. The national average price of gasoline has risen 8.0 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.42/g today. years ago in 2018-19, where MISD went into a January tournament on Sam Rayburn with the identical lead of two points in Conference, but left Rayburn in a distant 2nd overall in the points, after having the worst finish in the programs history of 7th place. This award was presented to the G u l f C o a s t Vi o l e n t Offender Fugitive Task Force, specifically for the members of Team 7, which is comprised of Montgomery County S h e r i f f ’s O f f i c e a n d Deputy US Marshal’s for their role in the investigation of a homicide
suspect wanted for multiple felony warrants. On July 22, 2020, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Christopher Julian and called on the United States Marshals G u l f C o a s t Vi o l e n t Offenders and Fugitive Task Force to assist in his apprehension. Julian was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for shooting at his girlfriend while both were
driving separate vehicles. Later that same day, in an argument within another county, Julian fatally shot a friend multiple times in the chest in front of the friend’s girlfriend and her children. As a result, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office issued an additional arrest warrant with homicide charges and called the Task Force to apprehend him. The

HOUSTON, TX – February 2, 2022 – Gulf Coast Commercial Group, an established, Houston-based firm specializing in retail development, management and leasing, has begun construction on The Grove at Harper’s Preserve in Conroe, TX, minutes from The Woodlands. A fall 2022 turnover for tenant buildout is projected for the upscale retail center that will encompass 21,500 square feet of multi-use, street level space, as well as two pad sites. T h e p r i m e , f o u r- a c r e property is located on the southwest quadrant of State Highway 242 and Harper’s Trace at the East Village gateway to the fast-growing, 880-acre Harper’s Preserve master-planned community. It is adjacent to a CVS and across Harper’s Trace from H-E-B anchored The Market at Harper’s Preserve. Anderson Smith and Brett Levinson of Main Street Commercial Partners are overseeing leasing. Designed in a transitional style by Identity Architects, the retail center incorporates varying elevations and a façade incorporating stucco, stone and metal elements. LSI is serving as the general contractor. Te n a n t s r e c e n t l y committed to the project, which is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2023, include Jersey Mike's Subs, Freebirds World Burrito, AT&T and Dutch Bros. Coffee. Known for their quality meats and cheeses, locally grown produce, house-baked bread and signature red wine vinegar and olive oil blend, Jersey Mike’s Subs has leased a 1,407-square-foot in-line space. They were represented by Lane Zieben and Lasater Miller of The Retail Connection. Santa Barbara, CA-born and Texas grown Freebirds World Burrito, a fast casual joint with crave-able proteins grilled in-house, plus customizable bowls, salads, nachos, quesadillas and tacos, has leased a 2,500-square-foot endcap and was represented by Greg Stanislawski of The Retail Strategy. Represented by Elliott Bridger of Streetwise Retail Advisors, AT&T has leased an 1,800-square-foot, in-line space that will serve as an area resource for smartphones, smartwatches, tablets and accessories. The Grove at Harper’s Preserve will be the first Conroe location for Dutch Bros. Coffee, a nationwide chain that first began in 1992 as a pushcart business in Oregon. Dutch Bros. Coffee has leased a pad site for a storefront with drive-thru and was represented by Greg Slusky of Sluco Realty Services. In addition to traditional coffee, the creative menu spans across beverage categories ranging from teas, lemonades and energy drinks to smoothies, shakes and sodas, most of which can be customized with an array of flavors. Founded in 1999, Gulf Coast Commercial Group and its affiliates have overseen the development of more than eight million square feet of retail space in twelve states. While traditionally focused on suburban-style endeavors in Houston, the company is enhancing its portfolio with urban infill projects such as Lower Heights District and Block 14 at Garden Oaks.
