There are two people who are most important in a home…a fatherandamother Their children are the receivers ofbothparents’love.God created man first, as the “leader” of the family, and the woman as his “help-mate” in raising their children. However, themanistobetheleader and the woman as his helperandintheirhome.

That’s why we call God in heaven, “our Father.” God established our world and all the people in it, and is still doing that God, the Fatherinheaven,istheis the“One”whoguidesand helps all our earthly fathers. I always think of Corey Ten Boom, the author of “The Hiding Place” when I think of “good fathers.” She was the Jewish child in Germany during World WarII,whosefatherread the Bible every morning to his family before they all went to work and school.Thatreadingofall those pages in her Bible keptCorey hersister and others, with more strength to meet the horrors they were to face in German camps.
