They are everything we represent at Danner Cattle. They are big, stout, production-oriented cattle with the flare and eye appeal that we love. We cut deep into the very top end of our young cows that have produced and that we are certain will produce. Most people don’t sell young cows that have already raised a calf, or at least not their best ones. We are offering them to you because we offer up our top AI’d heifers, so sometimes great heifers get retained into the program if they didn’t settle AI. Here they are, every mature cow RAISED a calf. The bred heifers are similar to past sets, and future sets of breds will resemble these. We don’t re-invent the wheel here folks, we use bulls that work and breed them to a lot of cows to make consistent GROUPS of females that are similarly bred. We are proud of this set and invite you to spend your day with us. We know schedules are hectic, but these females really do need to be evaluated. SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms of the sale are cash or good check with valid ID, payable immediately upon the conclusion of the sale and before the animals will be removed from Danner Cattleâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s possession. Seller will reserve the right to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle. A 2% per month interest charge will be added on all outstanding balances. Cattle not picked up within one week following the sale will be charged $5.00/day.

HERD HEALTH Dr. Phil Reemtsma, DVM, DeWitt Vet Clinic, 563-659-5231 is the overseeing veterinarian. Dr. Reemtsma will be on hand to write health papers on sale day. All bred females have been called safe in calf by Dr. Reemtsma. The buyer will have 21 days following the sale to re-pregnancy test their purchase(s). If any animal is found open within those 21 days you must notified Ben immediately for adjustments.

TRUCKING We will assist you with trucking arrangements no matter how many head purchased. We will have trailers going to numerous sites. If you want your cattle hauled, please talk with us before or immediately following the sale. No cattle will be loaded out until settlement is made. NO EXCEPTIONS!
