Don’t be afraid to be first. “I was the first FFA member from my chapter to do an agriscience SAE, and even
though it took some effort, I kept pushing for what I knew I could accomplish,” Frees says. “It was far more than worth it in the end.” Each chapter has to have a “first” that breaks through the agriscience gate – don’t let it become a roadblock to starting a successful research project.
