Free Report Reveals How to Avoid Getting Stuck Owning Two Homes

June 20, 2018

MONTREAL - West Island - Every month, thousands of homeowners are faced with the stressful dilemma of whether to buy first or sell first. You see, if you buy before selling, you could run the risk of owning two homes. Or, just as bad, if you sell first, you could end up homeless. It's what insiders in the industry call the Real Estate Catch 22, and it's an extremely anxious position to find yourself in. This financial and emotional tightrope is one you usually have to walk alone because most agents have no way of helping you with this predicament. But one local realtor is using a unique Guaranteed Sale Program which solves this dilemma. This program guarantees the sale of your present home before you take possession of your new one. If your home doesn't sell in 120 days, they will buy it from you themselves for the previously agreed price ensuring that you never get caught in the Real Estate Catch 22. Before you hire any professional, you should research the market to find out who can do the best job for you. When interviewing agents, find out what kind of guarantee they are willing to give you with respect to the selling of your home. Unfortunately, you'll find that most agents simply cannot make such a guarantee. To help you learn more about this program and how it can make your move less stressful, a FREE special report has been prepared entitled "How to Avoid Getting Stuck with Two Homes". To order a FREE Special Report, visit www.WestislandGuaranteedSold.com or to hear a brief recorded message about how to order your FREE copy of this report call toll-free 1-800-727-7105 and enter 3005. You can call any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Get your free special report NOW to find out how to guarantee the cash sale of your home.

With a breath-taking view over the city, you will not want to miss this one of a kind concert. The Campbell concerts have been around since 1924 thanks to the generosity of a Montreal based lawyer, M Charles S. Campbell, who was passionated about classical music. When he passed away, part of his heritage went to the city funds destined to outdoor concerts in Montreal. This summer’s concert will be directed by Yannick Nézet-Séguin. There will be three pieces by Tchaïkovski, performed throughout the evening: Tchaïkovski, Polonaise d’Eugène Onéguine

New opening : Joiea sociale

A new Italian “aperitivo style” restaurant opened where Mercuri restaurant in Old Montreal used to be. Joiea Sociale will specialize in the “aperitivo” concept, where guests can enjoy complimentary Iitalian snacks, live music, in addition to a wide selection of antipasti and pizzas at a fair price from 5-7 daily .

New opening : Chef’s Table

The crew behind Le Speakeasy in Old Montreal recently opened their second project in the same neighbourhood. The concept of Chef ’s Table wants to be “old school” while most of the dishes are prepared and served by the kitchen team… at the table. The chef is Marie-Anne Bédard (aka Madame Le Chef), who also runs the kitchen at Le Speakeasy, and the front of the house is a power team: Cédric Saint Onge, Nicolas Delrieu et Alexandre Dalma.

New addition : Blossom now has a terrace

Le Blossom Bar was already a huge hit since its opening last December. With its majestic pink blossom tree in the middle of the restaurant and its A-team (the owner, Dam Pham, and his team, also runs : Kamehameha Snack Bar and Le Red Tiger). Now, they added a new outside patio on De Maisonneuve Street for the summer. You can now enjoy your sake selection and sushi platter outside, or under the Blossom tree if you still prefer.

RESTAURANTS

New addition : Kampai Garden is now open for lunch

Kampai Garden, the very cool “beer garden” restaurant downtown inaugurated their terrace for the season, and launched a brand-new lunch menu at the same time. All summer, you can now enjoy the delicious food of chef Antonio Park outside, on Sainte-Catherine street, during lunch time (Monday to Friday).

Reopening : Le Marché des Éclusiers is now open

Great news for Le Marché des Éclusiers fans: it just reopened for the season ! The outdoor restaurant, bar, terrace open daily will serve : coffee and pastries in the morning, lunch, dinner and drinks 7 days/week in Old Montreal. There is also going to be a “Farmer’s Market” on Thursdays and Sundays all summer-long. Now, time to have fun in the sun!

New chef and new menu at Le Richmond

The Italian “happening” restaurant Le Richmond in Griffintown recently opened their gorgeous backyard for the season, while launching a summer menu by new executive chef Francesco Franci. The Richmond’s patio will, without a doubt, be the summer hotspot, and even better, with a new exciting menu that is perfecto for “al fresco” dining.

Salvador Dali SPACE ELEPHANT in Griffintown Montreal and is for sale and valued at $3.6 million.

Salvador Dali SPACE ELEPHANT to leave Griffntown, Montreal

GRIFFINTOWN -What has become known as the “Friendly Giant” of the South-West community, Salvador Dali’s Space Elephant is set to leave to another country mid-July. It is located across the street from Galerie Griffintown. The Space Elephant embodies the Dalinian symbol that was born in 1946 when the artist painted one of his most famous pictures, ‘The Temptation of St. Anthony’. Dalí created the image of an elephant in the Egyptian desert carrying an obelisk, a symbol of the presence and progress of technology in the modern world. Four elephants stand on spider like legs of desire, and offer art, beauty, power, pleasure and knowledge. For this sculpture, based on the elephants in the painting, Dalí maintains the almost invisible spindle like legs emphasizing

18

the contrast between robustness and fragility, and contrasting the idea of weightlessness with structure. This fantastically surreal creature, moving through space towards the heavens, symbolizes a flight of fantasy to a mesmerizing and surrealistic universe. Salvador Dalí turned to sculpture as he felt it was the most complete way to express his inspired and otherworldly Surrealist visions. Constrained by the limitations of a flat canvas, Dalí’s creativity peaked when given the freedom of three-dimensional form. Standing at 24 feet, the towering sculpture is part of a series of four artist-proofs and eight lost wax castings. This is the fourth of the eight castings. It is worth $3.6 million CAD and is for sale. www.mtltimes.ca
