“Montreal en Arts”: Art Made Available to the Public By: Elsa- Maret / mtltimes.ca
MONTREAL - “Montreal en Arts” is back on SainteCatherine Street this year for its 19th edition. The street will be transformed into an open-air art gallery until July 1st 2018. The “Montreal en Arts” is a very popular artistic event aiming to democratising the arts by bringing artists to the street to meet the population, art is no longer reserved to the four walls of a museum. Over 160 different artists will be taking part in this years 19th edition, brining to the street of SainteCatherine various artistic components. The event will include exhibitions and sales from certain artists, including painters, photographers, sculptors, illustrators, ceramists, glassmakers and many more. “Montreal en Arts” will offer festival-goers the

artistic experience from the inside, as spectators or full participants, the public can contribute to the development of a work, encourage a creation or participate in a performance. There will also be a chance for the public to take part in the creation of a new mural in the Sainte-Catherine neighbourhood area. In addition, there will be various live-paintings, revamping of old furniture, transforming your car into a artistic canvas, as well as live portrait drawings. 11 Critical home inspection traps to be aware of weeks before listing your home for sale
June 27, 2018
MONTREAL - According to industry experts, there are over 33 physical problems that will come under scrutiny during a home inspection when your home is for sale. A new report has been prepared which identifies the eleven most common of these problems, and what you should know about them before you list your home for sale. Whether you own an old home or a brand new one, there are a number of things that can fall short of requirements during a home inspection. If not identified and dealt with, any of these 11 items could cost you dearly in terms of repair. That's why it's critical that you read this report before you list your home. If you wait until the building inspector flags these issues for you, you will almost certainly experience costly delays in the close of your home sale or, worse, turn prospective buyers away altogether. In most cases, you can make a reasonable pre- inspection yourself if you know what you're looking for, and knowing what you're looking for can help you prevent little problems from growing into costly and unmanageable ones. To help home sellers deal with this issue before their homes are listed, a free report entitled "11 Things You Need to Know to Pass Your Home Inspection" has been compiled which explains the issues involved. To order a FREE Special Report, visit: www.montrealinspectionpitfalls.com Get your free special report NOW to learn how to ensure a home inspection doesn't cost you the sale of your home.

THINGS TO DO
Full Moon Yoga at the Vil e Marie Observatory By: Elsa- Maret / mtltimes.ca
THINGS TO DO - Humans beings have always been fascinated with full moons, by their beauty, their story and their energetic powers. One way to really make the most of a full moon and its benefits is to indulge in a yoga session. Vanessa Dion-Lirette is a yoga teacher at Yoga Club Rosemont who specialises in Yin Yoga, a kind of deep relaxing yoga for your tissues and mind. On August 27th 2018 at 7:30 pm, she will be holding a 75 minutes Yin Yoga practise, where you will be able to discover the lunar mysteries and celebrate the magic and the benefits of the full moon. With kindness and a slowness to her movements,
www.mtltimes.ca
Vanessa Dion-Lirette will guide this practise and will, for the occasion, be accompanied by Erik Polidoro on the guitar. Taking place at the top of the city, on one of the most beautiful views of Montreal, you will live an incomparable mystical experience that will make you travel through your five senses. To purchase your tickets, please click the link below (we recommend booking in advance as the sessions often sell out quickly). THINGS TO DO
An extraordinary meeting of enlightened brewers By: Elsa- Maret / mtltimes.ca
THINGS TO DO - “Beer, beer, beer”. This word has been in my head since the sun came out in Montreal. I think it is well established that I am a beer fanatic, especially when it comes to sour beers and stouts… I am always on the lookout for the next mind-blowing beverage, and the best place to find them are at exclusive beer events. Brasserie Dunham is one of my favourite breweries when it comes to sour beer (try their Melon Weisse). Following many international trips on the beer planet, dotted with unforgettable encounters and magic collaborations, this brewery has decided to invite its peers for an unforgettable day of tastings. The concept it to unite and reunite some of the best brewers in Canada who are all passionate of craft beer.
www.mtltimes.ca
The event will take place over an entire day (Saturday August 11th) between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. There will be two sessions of 4 hour tastings. When purchasing your ticket, you must choose between either the first session from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm or the second session from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Tickets cost $120.00 (no matter which time slot you choose). The event will take place just outside of Montreal, at the organic ONEKA farm (1h20 minutes drive).
