Take a fun-filled forest adventure at Salcey Forest and Fineshade Wood by grabbing a trail activity pack for just £4. Kids can unleash their imagination and become like Zog by wearing wings and completing exciting challenges to earn golden stars. Along the way, they can use magic glasses to search for hidden letters. Once the trail is completed, children can take a selfie with Zog, do a crayon rubbing and earn a certificate. The trail and accompanying app, which is free to download, encourages kids to connect with nature and playfully explore while also providing bonus activities like a roar-ometer, a dance challenge and the opportunity to become Zog. Join the gang at Wicksteed Park this half term for some February Family Fun! They have lots lined up for a great day at a great price! Kick off your 2023 by creating some amazing memories with your loved ones! This holiday, they have selected Rides & Attractions to open such as Wicky’s Theatre Show, Wicky’s Farmyard, the Carousel & Sway Rider, Train, Crazy Golf & Astroslide. Don’t forget you can grab a cup of coffee at the Carousel Café or treat the family to a delicious slice of pizza at their Pizza Parlour! Wicky’s Emporium & Farmyard Giftshop will also be open so you can take a browse at their wonderful selection of toys.

fLoCk down to w est Lodge farm for a fuLL day of L ambing fun!

Head off to West Lodge Farm and enjoy the energetic buzz of the Lambing Festival! Taking place from the 11th -26th February, there is so much to do - it’s a full family day out. You can bottle feed their newborn lambs, visit the pregnant ewes in the lambing shed, head to cuddle corner for small animal handling and you may even be lucky enough to see one of the ewes giving birth! Take a walk on one of the many nature trails around the farm, jump on-board for a free barrel ride, and depending on the weather, you can let off steam in the heated indoor adventure barn or go wild in the outdoor adventure play area! After all that fun, re-fuel the troops in their large and welcoming Family Restaurant to finish off the day.
