Four weeks of free training for new beginners at TISKA Karate
TISKA (Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association) heads up clubs nationally and internationally. TISKA was established by Gursharan Sahota, the Chief Instructor (8th Dan) and founder. He achieved the high grade of 8th Dan in 2015 and was asked to accept the title of “Shihan” meaning Master Instructor. This title is given as a sign of respect for the person named. Shihan currently teaches over 40 classes per week to students in Beaconsfield, Chalfont St Peter, Amersham, Berkhamsted, Dunstable, Maidenhead, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire and has bought many hundreds of students to Black belt standard and beyond. Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust has been providing music and performing arts activities to children and young people for fifty-five years. ‘Little Stars’ - their provision specifically designed for children under 7 years old - offers weekday sessions for babies and pre-school children, in addition to after school classes for EYFS and KS1 children. Learn and develop an essential life skill with Northampton Swimming Club
Northampton Swimming Club is a not-forprofit organisation that provides swimming lessons and coaching every day after school and at weekends for children of all ages, in and around Northampton. Their classes range from Parent and Baby lessons to advanced lessons, to development squads and international swimmers within their competitive programme. Join Northampton Town Council for a stocking-stuffed line up of free festive fun on Saturday 23rd November for Northampton’s Annual Christmas Lights Switch On. This year, the event returns to the newly opened Market Square in the heart of the town centre with a packed schedule of live stage entertainment, community stalls, festive workshops and activities. Santa is returning to Doddington Nurseries and this year he is bringing friends
It’s nearing that magical time of year again and Doddington’s enchanting Santa’s Grotto is returning to this family-run independent garden centre near Wellingborough.
