How to Get Started:
Our instructor-facilitated online courses are informative, fun, convenient and highly interactive. The instructors create warm and supportive communities of learners. All courses run for six weeks, two lessons per week. Courses are projectoriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links and more. You can complete any of these courses entirely from your home or office and at any time of the day or night.
1. Visit our Online Instruction Center at: www.ed2go.com/moorheadce. This is where you'll select your course, choose a start date and pay for the course. You'll note that there are many more courses than those listed in this catalog, and you're welcome to take any course at this website. 2. Select the course and the date you'd like to start the class and follow the instructions for enrolling in the course. It's at this point that you'll choose a username and password. 3. Make payment with a credit card.

4. On the start date of the course, log in and go to www.ed2go.com/moorheadce and enter the classroom link using your username and password.

Introduction to PC Troubleshooting

You will learn how agencies are governed, how rules are made and how key agencies administer and enact rules and relevant statutes.
