Self Defense for Adults
It is never too late to learn how to defend yourself. Start the journey to becoming a more selfconfident and stronger you. This class will help you improve focus, balance, coordination and mobility. The class is designed to introduce adults to the basics of self-defense.

Rest, Breathe and Play
Create more neuropathways by imagining yourself strong, powerful and healthy, and turn your thoughts into reality. Practice a collection of movements that are designed to help you achieve optimal strength, better alignment, dynamic support and more efficient movement patterns for daily living. Immerse yourself in the teachings of gentle somatic yoga, pilates, Feldenkrais, visualization and meditation. This class will incorporate balls, therapy bands and soft body rollers. Dress for movement.
