CRAFTS & NEEDLE CRAFTS NEW Let's Make a Sweater
Beginner crocheters will learn some of the basic stitches like chain, single, half-double, double and treble crochet, while also learning to read written instructions. The pattern allows crocheters to mix and match stitches to create a unique project. Class materials are provided and will include yarn, hook, stitch markers and darning needle. Prerequisite: Ability to knit, purl and magic loop Wearing hand knits that you made yourself is so much fun. We will be making a top-down raglan sweater. The yarn included feels wonderful next to the skin. It's soft, machine washable, with just a touch of wool. Please indicate a yarn color preference when you register (blue, gray, gold, copper or green). Supplies to bring to class: Circular needles 16 inch and 32 inch in size needed to get gauge, stitch markers, darning needle and small amount of worsted weight yarn.
