When you are ready to reserve please provide the following: Your full name, tour, dates, ages, shoe size for snorkeling, weight for horse bike riding, preferences, food preferences, if necessary, and any detail you need to make your dream vacations. For outdoor activities please bring your sunblock, towel, water shoes, mosquitoes repellent and if you have any condition please talk to the captain. Mobile phone (preferably one you will have with you in Puerto Rico) to guarantee your assistance and hold your reservation we require your credit card number. When you have arrived to Puerto Rico, make sure to call us and inform your Hotel and room number after you have checked-in at your hotel. We are open for packages negotiations. Discounts for multiple tours are available also for hotel and hostels. We have certified drivers to take you anywhere at a reasonable fees.
Cancelation policy: We require a credit card number to reserve. (you have the options to pay with cash or credit card). Please note, we don’t accept cancelations within the 48 hours prior to the activity. We will charge the 50% of the activity. Same Day cancellation is charge in Full. Water Sport Activities as Scuba, Fishing, Kayaking, Sky Surfing, and Private Tours in the Cays, Golf, and Rappelling, Horseback Riding, Group Activities and others are charge at reserve.
