ANIMATA + OSCELETON + KINECT
CONCEPT Koki in Korea is a brand and characters created for my Master Thesis in Hongik University IDAS. (Thesis is a Children’s book) I have decided to include my characters as part of this class project and see what kind of explorations can be done now or in the near future. What is KOKI IN KOREA : Frog from the Caribbean that accidentally travels to Korea. Koki a small frog from the Caribbean in an unexpected turn of events ends up in South Korea befriends a Korean fly (Palipari) and so the adventure begins.

THE GOAL: Make a Puppets with Animata software and control it with Osceleton and Kinect
PROCESS For this project to come true there was a lot of trial an erro
FIRST I TESTED THE ANIMATA SOFTWARE http://animata.kibu.hu/ I did tests with my Character Koki
PROCESS TO INSTALL OSCELETON AND KINECT IN MAC 1. Installed Animata software 2. Instaled the XCode Command line tools 3. Installed Macports 4. Installed Cmake 5. Installed Xquarts 6.Instaled tLibtool with terminal 7.Installed libusb +universal with terminal 8. Installed the Sensorkinect with terminal 8. Installed Open NI with terminal 9. Installed Nite with terminal 10. Run Osceleton
OSCELETON There are different coordinates to run the Animata puppet with Osceleton and Kinect. I had to run the program with mac terminal , what limited my testing for the most part.
