CONCEPT
Create a circuit bending project and use the resulting sound in a interaction project, For this project various children toys and devises where use to adquire the sounds and to process them. Programs such as Avableton live 9, Quartz Composer where used.

COMPOSER
Qaurtz Composer Sound + Interaction The letters and shapes react to sound depending on the volume and speed of it.

Results - I used Hangul letters ă…Ž to represent laughter and I combined that with differnt colors and geometrical shapes to interact and move as sound with input and interact with the composition.
CONCEPT - KOKI IN KOREA
Koki in Korea is a brand and characters created for my Master Thesis in Hongik University IDAS. (Thesis is a Children’s book) I have decided to include my characters as part of this class project and see what kind of explorations can be done now or in the near future.
What is KOKI IN KOREA
Frog from the Caribbean that accidentally travels to Korea. Koki a small frog from the Caribbean in an unexpected turn of events ends up in South Korea befriends a Korean fly (Palipari) and so the adventure begins.

The Background shows a Joseon era Building of Korea and tropical leaves to show a mix between the two cultures.

WHY IS THIS PROJECT RELEVANT?
I think Koki in Korea can be something fun for people to interact with in public places, Is fun for the family and for little kids and introduces my character and brand in a very interactive and fun way that people will hardly forget. This project can be a great way to advertise my brand or to simple have fun for a while.

PERFORMANCE
To display the project a found a little bit of problem bacause the projector and kinect require electricity so I had to find a place near a power source.

CONCLUSION
Overall this projesct/Semester es very fun,I learned a few things about Quartz Composer and about other softwares and about interaction. In the future it would be very fun to upgrade this project and to some kind of more sofisticated game or include 3D or unity with it. I have little experience with this kind of more technological projects and I would like to grow in this kind of area and make this that look more sofisticated and complicated than this project.
