Our campus is in the city of Morehead, a place that’s big on small-town charm. There’s plenty to do within walking distance of campus, including art galleries, museums, locally roasted coffee, restaurants, boutiques and a downtown entertainment district. As an official Kentucky Trail Town, there are more than 100 miles of multi-use trails for any age and ability. In fact, Sheltowee Trace National Recration Trail includes Main Street. Nearby, Don Greenhill City Park offers sports fields, walking paths and more. Rodburn Park is a five-minute drive from campus and offers hiking on the Sheltowee Trail, a playground and picnic areas.

CAVE RUN LAKE Cave Run Lake is a short drive from campus and is a great place to relax, enjoy a picnic and swim. There are miles of trails near the lake for biking and hiking. Cave Run is famous for its fishing, especially muskie.
