INTRODUCTION The service and selling of potable water in poor and ignored towns in Ecuador such as the town of Esmeraldas has become a serious problem. It becomes difficult for companies providing these services to collect the funds within those communities that are not use to these types of services. As a graphic designer it is my objective to be a conduit between government agencies and the communities by designing and developing necessary tools that will educate the communities on the responsibilities that come along with acquiring potable water through a pipeline network rather than delivery trucks. The goal of this project is to accomplish two main objectives: 1For users to pay their bills 2- For users to diminish the leakage in water tanks, bathrooms and pipes and reduce their waste
