The event on June 10, 2014 from 4-8pm is a Kick-Off to celebrate food manufacturers in the Fulton Market Innovation District and the plan for a new chef-focused market in this district. The location of the June 10 event will be on Fulton Street, between Peoria and Green, near to the Guerrilla Truck Show. 5. June 10 event participation guidelines: The $25 vendor fee to participate in this event is waived but proof of insurance (with the City of Chicago listed as additionally named) is required Due to the location of this event, space is limited Sanitation Certification may be required One 10’ x 10’ tent, one 8’ table, and two chairs will be provided to each vendor 6.
