Guerrilla Truck Show 2014 – Load-‐in Instructions
Dear Exhibitor: Welcome to Guerrilla Truck Show 2014! When you arrive at the event site on Tuesday, June 10th, please be prepared to wait patiently as we asssure that everyone’s vehicles are parked safely. This event has a small footprint and we’ve got many trucks involved, so we’ll need to work together to get everyone parked closely. Load-‐In Schedule Exhibitor Group A 3:00PM-‐3:30PM ONLY Exhibitor Group B 3:30PM-‐4:15PM ONLY Exhibitor Group C 4:15PM-‐4:45PM ONLY Sponsors & Food Vendors 3:30PM-‐4:30PM ONLY
**EVERYONE MUST ENTER AT FULTON MARKET & CARPENTER**
If you do not arrive by the end of your load-‐in time, you are not guaranteed access to the event site. Any non-‐truck vehicles must be out of the event site by 5PM.
Non-‐Truck Parking: There is NO PARKING AVAILABLE for non-‐truck vehicles on site. Exhibitors are required to make their own arrangements for non-‐truck parking. Electrical: Exhibitors who have paid for electrical service should bring a 25-‐50 foot heavy-‐duty extension cord, as the power drops may be as far as 50’ away from your truck parking spot. Absolutely no vehicles will be allowed to move within the event site after 5:00PM or before 10:00PM (or possibly later). During the event hours of operations any merchandise, artwork, or other goods must be transported by hand or with a cart. Do not leave anything valuable, breakable, or movable unattended. There will be roaming security, but the event cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage or any property left alone.
