DIESEL LIVING — a shot of personality for homes and interiors with Diesel’s distinctively freewheeling approach to design. With unexpected and ironic influences, classic and experimental styles pair up to shape a new world for home that celebrates a liberating sense of togetherness.

An unbounded exploration of iconography reflects the Diesel landscape, where vintage references collide with the seduction of futurism, and irreverent visions of eclectic classicism meet mischievous doses of pop. The contemporary retro spirit shines, and aesthetic clashes add luster; textures and surfaces hold surprises, and furniture and objects communicate the racy and provocative spirit of Diesel.

Moroso and Diesel have created a furniture collection with a relaxed and comfortable mood, taking the inspiration from an informal lifestyle concept: Diesel Living with Moroso takes an ironic, unconventional design approach; using skilfully textured fabrics and raw materials together with contrasting shapes it achieves a perfect blend of Moroso’s innovation-driven spirit and Diesel’s denim soul.

The WOODWAVE Collection moves it in the direction of minimalist Scandinavian design through clean lines and a purist wood construction but always with a Diesel twist. Stripped of upholstery and made entirely of wood, the chair is distinguished by a curved backrest that brings to mind a wide smile while adding an element of comfort to the seat.

WOODWAVE

The WOODWAVE family consists of stackable chairs, as well as stools and tables. It adapts perfectly to residential environments but also it is ideal for contract and food and beverage applications.

Four finishes of painted ash are available: Natural ash , Charcoal , together with a signature Diesel Red and a brilliant Ultramarine Blue for a splash of colour; the tables can be produced in as many combinations of finishes for the conical base and the edge.

HIGH CLOUD is the highest and softest cloud ever made. The base has been raised above floor level and the seat cushions have been enhanced with generous frills akin to the original Cloudscape

armchair. The raised structure gives the sofa a fresh design with cleaner, more contemporary lines.

An evolution of the Cloudscape, the HIGH CLOUD sofa still features adjustable backrest and armrests for versatility.

Large cushions outline its shape and support the seat, offering unique comfort. The square, connected cushions create the sofa’s structure and are distinguished by the volant with a stitching, a signature feature of the Diesel Living with Moroso Cloud and Nebula collections. It is a statement in pure comfort.

GALAXY

The GALAXY TABLE collection expands the range of printed tables from Diesel Living with Moroso collection with two cosmically-inspired graphic designs, Dark Galaxy and Red Galaxy .

The duo, one oval and one round, both have a printed glass top and a steel base.

The NEBULONE range of coffee tables rises to the challenge of creating a collection of small wooden tables with strong but simple lines that match the personality of the Diesel Living with Moroso collection.

The group of four models has distinctive lines and dimensions: Nebulone Rectangular , a low, wide rectangular table and Nebulone Square , a square one of the same height, which can be paired with the rectangular version to create new compositions. Both tables have legs placed at the edge of the top, as if they were carved from a single block of hollowed-out wood.

Completing the quartet are two round tables of different heights: Nebulone Round , lower and wider with central legs that make it look like a totem, and Nebulino , smaller in diameter but taller, with deliberately exaggerated proportions giving it great personality.

NEW TEXTILE COLLECTION

The Diesel Living with Moroso textile collection has been revisited and expanded, including natural materials such as hemp and linen and new fabrics featuring recycled content. The FRESH swatch card includes the cottons and the classic linens already in the collection, whereas in the FRESHER card we find Wild Linen, a cotton-linen blend that is sure to become the must-have of Diesel Living with Moroso fabrics. The Canapa fabric, thanks to its inherent characteristics of being a low-maintenance crop, requiring fewer pesticides and fertilizers and less water to grow when compared to conventional cotton, represents a real responsible choice. Canapa is in its own HEMP card.

There are further colour options for both cotton velvets and technical fabrics. The range of technical fabrics gains Hyle, a stretch chenille in deep saturated colours, that together with Spritz, another more textured chenille, is included in the BOLD card. A neoprene-blend technical fabric, Getis, is available in a range of vivid colours, in the TECH card, while for the cotton velvets, the SOFT TOUCH card, there are delicate new neutral tones that complement the existing vibrant colours in the collection.

The range of specially textured fabrics with elaborate textures has been expanded. Zoran, a fresh but sumptuous linen for elegant seating is part of the Fresher card; Greenland, a teddy fleece, already present in the textile collection, is joined by Bhaluka, a cotton-blend acrylic fabric of airy lightness, as well as Ricciolone, a soft and velvety bouclé fabric: they all together are in the TEDDY card.
