Faulty Goods Any new goods which are faulty on receipt will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our staff or follow the instructions on the returns leaflet enclosed in your parcel. Due to the nature of sporting equipment and the stresses they go through, damage which may occur after a period of use may be referred to the manufacturer.
