Our products are manufactured using the highest quality materials available. Conforming to all required CE approvals, our sanitaryware is produced using a precise combination of over 17 components, perfected over many years of manufacture. Production within the same factory ensures our sanitaryware range colour matches allowing you to mix and match as desired. Our brassware is produced using the highest grade brass with no recycled materials. Providing endorsement of the quality and reliability of our range, much of our brassware is approved under the stringent WRAS approval scheme. Look out for the WRAS approval icon throughout the brochure.

We are based across multiple UK sites. Our group sales and after-sales are located in our 40,000ft2 Crowborough Head Office, manufacture is in Crowborough and Waltham Cross. The recent relocation of our distribution centre to a purpose built 2,800 pallet, 37,000ft2 facility, strategically located in Coalville, Leicestershire, means we can provide a fast, efficient service to our stockists. We maintain a massive stock holding across all sites, and our fleet of vehicles and chosen courier partners distribute from the far North of Scotland to the tip of Cornwall in the South.
