Making the Photovoltaic Industry DoubleGreen: PV CYCLE is a non-for-profit association founded in 2007 to implement the photovoltaic (PV) industry’s voluntary take-back and recycling programme for end-of-life PV modules. Entirely financed by manufacturers and importers. PV CYCLE is committed to being operational in all EU-27 and EFTA countries. Our members represent today more than 90% of the European market. FREE OF CHARGE, PV CYCLE’s take-back and recycling system is open to anyone who would like to dispose of photovoltaic modules* following a dismantling, replacement or renovation project: If you have fewer than 30-40 modules:

Go to www.pvcycle.org and look for your closest collection point. After dismantling, your de-installer can dispose of the modules in one of the containers located at collection points. Once these are full, the modules will be taken to the recycling facilities. In case of doubts contact PV CYCLE.

LARGE QUANTITIES > 30-40 MODULES Call or email PV CYCLE to schedule a pick up. A truck will be sent to take your end-of-life PV modules to one of our partner recycling facilities.
Once the containers are full, they will be taken to the recycling plant. Empty ones will be delivered to the collection points.

In large PV installation and renovation sites, modules will be directly picked up on location and then taken to the rec recycling plant. Special conditions may apply. For more information please contact PV CYCLE.
