Earn your Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Crowder College, become a registered nurse and transfer to Missouri State to earn your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. MSU classes are 100% online, offered on a part or full-time basis with multiple start dates. BEFORE YOU TRANSFER If you are a registered nurse, who has also graduated with an associate of arts (AA) degree, you will have fulfilled MSU’s general education requirements for completing the bachelor’s degree. If you do not have an AA degree in addition to the ASN, you will need to complete additional general education classes. These classes may be taken from Crowder College while you are working on your bachelor’s degree. BSN SCHOLARS PROGRAM Begin your upper division BSN-C coursework while finishing your associate degree and complete your BSN more quickly. MSU builds on the education you receive from Crowder College with courses in health assessment, community care and management. This degree must be completed within five years of initial admission to the nursing program. If you work full-time, a credit load of 6 to 8 hours per semester is the maximum recommended.
