AN EDUCATION YOU CAN BUILD UPON Once you have earned your master’s degree in counseling, you may sit for the National Counselor Examination (NCE). When you pass this exam, you become eligible for the National Certified Counselor credential (NCC). You can waive the post-master’s experience and supervision requirements for the NCC credential upon completion of our CACREP accredited tracks. Additionally, after graduation you may begin the process towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extra coursework and a national exam, if eligible.

National Avenue Springfield, MO 65897 Application Deadline is January 15th. New cohorts start in the fall of even numbered years, if deemed feasible. Applicants will be required to attend group interviews on the Springfield campus during mid-February, with admission decisions expected by March.
