Our broadly designed program includes a minor of your choice. You will leave with a customized set of skills for your chosen industry.
EDUCATION ONLINE Our program offers undergraduate and graduate degrees you can complete online from any internet accessible device. Master of Arts in Writing-Technical and Professional Writing Track This 33-hour program is perfect for writers with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. MSU prepares students for the challenges of the workplace with client-based projects and internships. The core requirements provide an introduction to research methods and teaches students to write for business, science, and technology. Our elective courses allow students to pursue their specific writing interests.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science: • GPA of 2.5 or higher (all coursework, including transfer credits) OR • GPA of 2.75 or higher (most recent 30 hours of coursework) Master of Arts: • bachelor’s degree with course work equivalent of an English minor • GPA of 3.0 or higher • Students who don’t meet coursework or GPA requirements may be admitted conditionally.
