BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN GENERAL AGRICULTURE Easily transfer your associate of arts or associate of science to MSU and earn your BAS in General Agriculture. As a holder of an AA or AS, you may be able to complete this degree in as little as two years. • Complete the following (if equivalents were not already completed during your associate’s studies): AGN 115 or AGP 103; AGN 215, AGB 144, AGR 157, AGR 301, AGS 101 • Complete any thirty-five credit hours of upperdivision courses in agriculture, and reach a minimum of 120 total credit hours. • Complete AGR 499 Internship This degree can prepare you for a diverse choice of careers, depending on what areas you choose to study. • Conservation • Extension education • Farm and ranch population and management • Management in state and federal agencies • Sales and management of agriculture products
