Joplin Campus Degree Completion 0ptions Admission to this program is competitive. New student cohorts form in Joplin are forming now. This program emphasizes Advanced Generalist Social Work which will alllow you to work within the micro-, mezzo-, and macropractice social work fields. The curriculum is infused with clinical, organizational, and advocacy skills.

If your bachelor’s degree is not in social work: • You may be admitted as a part-time student in “regular standing” and be required to complete 62 credit hours. • You will be required to complete two professional practicum placements for a total of 975 clock hours within two different approved field agencies. This includes 450 hours in your foundation year and 525 hours in your specialist year. • Your coursework will begin in the fall. Admissions requirements for regular standing: • • • •
