It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Wayne here from Prudential Real Estate. Welcome to our latest quarterly report for Eagle Vale in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high so it’s an exciting time for Eagle Vale homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.
Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including the 3 bedroom, one bathroom home at 10 Dolomite Place Eagle Vale, which attracted over 27 buyers and sold for $520,000. Another notable sale in the Eagle Vale area includes 1 Danburite Place, Eagle Vale, a 5 bedroom, two-storey home which sold for $600,000.
• 1 Deveron Place, St Andrews for offers over $430,000 First home buyers should be thrilled by the news that land releases are ongoing in such suburban areas as Appin, Oran Park and Spring Farm, but building blocks are selling up fast. We have seen an increase in buyers attending our open homes with over 70% being investors. This is not a surprise, as Realestate.com.au stated in a recent blog that Campbelltown ranked 7th on the top ten most searched suburbs for New South Wales.
