It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Graeme here from Prudential Real Estate. Welcome to our latest quarterly report for Leumeah in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high, it is an exciting time for Leumeah homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.
Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including the beautifully presented family home located in a quiet cul-desac at 10 Wilkins Place, Leumeah, sold for $510,000.

10 Wilkins Place, Leumeah SOLD by Prudential Real Estate We have seen an increase in buyers attending our open homes with over 70% being investors. This is not a surprise, as Realestate.com.au stated in a recent blog that Campbelltown ranked 7th on the top ten most searched suburbs for New South Wales. Achieving higher than anticipated sales prices in the last quarter, it is an encouraging time for homeowners to consider selling.
