Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including the beautifully presented 3 bedroom home at 23 Corsair Street, Raby, which attracted over 21 buyers and sold for $517,000.
First home buyers should be thrilled by the news that land releases are ongoing in such suburban areas as Appin, Oran Park and Spring Farm, but building blocks are selling up fast. We have seen an increase in buyers attending our open homes with over 70% being investors. This is not a surprise, as Realestate.com.au stated in a recent blog that Campbelltown ranked 7th on the top ten most searched suburbs for New South Wales. Achieving higher than anticipated sales prices in the last quarter, it is an encouraging time for homeowners to consider selling.
A few other notable sales in the local area include 3 Moth Place, Raby, a renovators delight with 4 bedrooms selling for $535,000 and the stand out sale of 17 Peggotty Avenue, Ambarvale (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage) offered to the market at offers over $460,000.
