It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Rhonda here from Prudential Real Estate. Welcome to our latest quarterly report for Spring Farm and Elderslie in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high so it’s a n e x c i t i n g t i m e f or N a r e l l a n homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.
