Premier Pits has been installing and manufacturing pits for more than 35 years, making it the oldest pit manufacturer in the UK. Its range includes inspection, ATF, maintenance, rail and washdown pits, all supported by pit accessories and health and safety equipment.

The firm also specialises in underchassis wash pits and ramps and is the UK distributor for BrakeMate – the revolutionary product that eliminates heavy lifting during the brake disc change process.

Prefabricated pits are built to standard specifications, but can be tailored to suit customers’ needs, making a range of combinations available.

Premier Pits’ online pit builder helps customers visualise the equipment required to maximise efficiency and safety.

The company has recently launched the Premier hinged cover – a pit fall restraint to protect staff from falls while keeping the maximum working space and minimising civils work.

Premier Pits offers a complete package, from initial consultation to completion of the job. Advice is given on the type of pit to install and which modifications and accessories are suitable for work on specific vehicles. Its design engineers use CAD software to provide design support to architects, structural engineers, and contractors.

Once delivered to site, the pits are installed by a Premier Pits team of experienced fitters. Installation is arranged to have minimal impact on workshop operations, resulting in little interruption to business.
